Today I am going to show you carrots that I made, and apples that my friend Claire made.
Carrots and dip
Apples and peanut butter
The carrots are orange craft foam and the dip is paint mixed with glue. I also glued the carrots to the paper which is a plate.
The apples are basically the same with a few differences.
This is peanut butter?
Jane likes it!
Hi everyone! Today I’m going to show you how to make doll ice cream. Lets get started!
You will need:
-a rubber band
-a small plastic cup
-something to write with
First, get your plastic cup and wrap duct tape around it.
Write the ice cream logo and flavor on the paper.
Cut it out then tape it to the cup.
Cut out a circle of fabric that is a little bigger than the top of the cup.
Put your pom pom/ ice cream into the cup.
Use a rubber band to hold the fabric circle onto the cup.
You now doll ice cream!
Today when I went to the park to buy a cake for Jane’s Birthday party, there was a new shop there.
It was purple.
Judy was inside.
“Hi Quinn!” Judy said. “Do you like my shop?”
What? I thought you worked at dress doll.
“I did but Jane is really into fashion design and I like baking. So we switched our jobs, Jane works at dress doll and I expanded the macaron shop and moved it here!”
“Like it?” Judy asked.
Yeah its cool!
I looked at the menu.
Got the cake, which was in a very neat freezer on the wall.
Then when I went to get some cookies I found the perfect one. It was a name cookie with Jane’s name on it! These cookies were kept on a table with other cookies and donuts all displayed perfectly on their stands.
Judy I would like to buy this. I showed her what I wanted, payed for it and…
“Quinn, do you think Jane is going to spy on us again so that she knows what she is getting?” Judy asked.
I hope not Judy.
Today (as promised) I made a Grace inspired craft!
Jane now works there and she is going to give you a tour.
“Hi everybody!” Jane says. “This is my new macaron shop!”
“This is the entire shop.”
“Since I love pandas, I decided to help them, as you can see.”
“The reason the shop is so bright is that Quinn let me use one of her lights. This one clips onto the side of the shop/shelf.”
“All stores have seating! My shop has a table with a pretty butterfly pattern.”
“This is a cash register that Quinn made for the shop.”
“These are the tongs I use to pick up the macarons.”
“Here is Quinn demonstrating.”
“And here are the macarons!!!!!!!
The flavors are:
“This is one of the boxes that they come in”
“and this is the bag”
“Look! A customer!” Says Jane.
“Hi!” Says Judy. “I would like one macaron in each flavor.”
So Jane got one of each flavor.
“Here you go.” Jane says.
“Thanks!” Judy says.
“Here is your change.” Jane says.
“Bye!” Jane says.
“Bye!” Judy says.
“Well thats it. Bye!!!”
I made the macarons by cutting out circles (on a laser cutter) and the filling was puffy paint. The boxes that the macarons came in were actually boxes that had flash-drives in them. And the bags were plastic bags with rubber bands on them.
Here it is!
“I think that this grill is awesome because it is small and easy to make,” says Jane.
“and it cooks my kabobs perfectly!”
“This grill is awesome!”
